3. Ordering and Minimum Order Quantities

3.1 Order Submission

4. Pricing and Payment
Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved Retailers and is subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in the currency of your region (NZD, AUD, or USD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or fees unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in each invoice. Sidekick Soda (Sodakick in Australia) may suspend or terminate accounts for overdue payments. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, major credit cards, and other methods approved by Sidekick Soda (Sodakick in Australia).
4.2 Late Fees
Accounts past due may incur a late fee, applied monthly until payment is received.
5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Damages and Claims

7. Intellectual Property

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Liability Limitation

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, with disputes resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law in Australia or the United States.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the box, the Retailer agrees to comply with Sidekick Soda (Sodakick in Australia)’s Wholesale Terms of Service and represents that they are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of their business.
